Screened Porch Rebuild
This screened porch had deteriorated to the point that a complete rebuild was the best solution. The existing structure was removed, and the new porch was rebuilt with new framing, floor construction, support blocks, full-width steps, screened openings, exterior finishes, lighting, gutters, and interior finish work.
The porch was supported using four blocks along the back, four along the front, and four additional blocks supporting the full-width stair assembly. The structure was leveled and rebuilt before the exterior panels and screened sections were installed.
The finished porch provides a cleaner, stronger, and more usable entry area while maintaining the look of the existing home. Final cleanup included removal of remaining construction debris and additional material from the property.
